Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 8am–4pm, Sat 10am–4pm
Donated items are ONLY accepted at The Civitan Donation Center. It is the first stop for all the items you can find for sale in The Civitan Shoppe. Everything the Civitan Truck picks up from your home or business is taken directly to the Donation Center. The public can drop off items themselves during the hours of operation.
Clients help the Donation Center Manager go through stacks, boxes and bins of items every day to sort them for resale. The Civitan Shoppe staff works closely with the Donation Center staff to move items based on inventory in the store.
People that drop off items at The Donation Center can fill out a slip to get a tax-deductable donation receipt. The staff is also able to help unload items from your vehicle.
Items the Donation Center DOES NOT accept:
- CRT computer monitors
- CRT "tube" TVs and console TVs
- non-working TVs
- mattresses and box springs
- used bed pillows
- drop side baby cribs
- open or expired food
- expired paint (anything older than four years)
- dishwashers
